The Disney Target Shop-In-Shop Signature Collection line brought together 24 fully sculpted Disney characters across multiple franchises, developed under a condensed production schedule. I was the central creative liaison between Just Play and Walt Disney Animation Studios, ensuring brand integrity and design excellence across every phase of development.

My Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize a compressed timeline; one that would normally take months was condensed into weeks.

  • Facilitate communication between Just Play’s design team and Walt Disney Animation Studios.

  • Implement creative feedback, including detailed redlines on character sculpts.

  • Manage multiple concurrent timelines and stakeholder review cycles.

  • Ensure all assets are approved, finalized, and ready for on-time retail launch.

Challenges & Solutions
